Mini Biography
Roman Libbertz, born 1977, lives in Munich. His website «Anrufe ohne Meldung» is one widely read literature and arts blogs, the success resulting in two nationwide reading tours. Under the title «Photographie und Abstraktion» («Photography and Abstraction») Libbertz showcased his abstracts on canvas for the first time in 2007 at the Galerie Holzstrasse in Munich. In 2008 he successfully published his first collection of short stories «Triebjagd oder 31 gute Nachtgeschichten» («The Hunt or 31 stories from last night»). In July 2009 Libbertz also gained great acclaim with his book of poems «Mit Liebe» («With Love»). In 2010 the follow-up was released under the name «Mit mehr Liebe» («With More Love»). His love-cycle was completed with "63 x Liebe" in November 2012. His single debut "Donnervoegel" was released in august 2012. The music-video "So hard" by "Iggy and the german kids" was his first time directing. Under the name "spontan" his new paintings were showcased at the Galerie Hegemann in munich from the 4th of december 2012 till the 3rd of february. From 14.2.2014 on his works will be prested at the galery "Jutta Kabuth". He is working on his first novel.
