    Lisa Astrup Lukas - acryl

I'm new here, so forgive me if this is not the place to ask !

I want to know what you think of Lukas acrylic paint
    compared to Amsterdam.

I have used Amsterdam and Vallejo but don't know

    kind regards

    Hi Lisa,
I do not know Lukscryl and Amsterdam, but the question is not easy to answer because the whole thing depends very much on your personal preferences. When you are unsatisfied with the acrylics you are using try two or three tones of the new colour in favour or of different brands. It will rather sure come out that you will not concentrate on only one brand but on different to use their different advantages. For example I use Lascaux studio because of their opacity (throughout the spectrum) and Primacryl and Daler Rowney system 3 because of their transparencies and their flow behaviour, I had no reason up to now to try other ones, even there might be better ones.
Perhaps this will not answer all your questions, but I think it might be better to get an answer at all than to stay alone in the forum!

Kind regards from Flensburg, next to the Danish border (in vicinity of Okseoer) - Johnny

    Hi Johnny.

Thanks for your answer, I'm sure you are right,
but I hoped that someone in Germany knew them -
    its a German compagny.
I have many kinds of acryl allready, but there
was "nice prices" on the Lukas :)

    kind regards
